2021 Industry Day Lodging Information

For your convenience, a number of rooms are blocked in 8 hotels near the UNF venue for the period of 6-9 December 2021. Information on these hotels is shown below. Each hotel provided special discounted rates and both a web link and phone number to make your reservations. To get your discount, please make sure you use the group code when booking online or calling for a reservation. The block of rooms is available until November 6th; afterwards rooms are subject to the remaining hotel availability and at the normal market rates.

The JAX Post Industry Day organizing committee coordinated these accommodations but are not involved in the reservation process. You are asked to work your reservations directly with the hotel of your preference; all lodging transactions are strictly between the hotels and the attendees making the reservation. Lastly, each hotel has their own provisions regarding the reservations conditions (e.g., check in time, cancellation policy, etc.); please make sure that you review these carefully and ask any questions you may have to the staff in the hotel you selected.
