Vote Now Open: Proposed SAME Jacksonville Post Bylaws
Dear SAME Jacksonville Post Members,
The Jacksonville Post Board of Directors has completed a review of the Post's governing bylaws and is presenting a revised version for membership consideration and approval.
In accordance with our current bylaws, the proposed revisions are being submitted to the membership for a vote. The Board believes these updates will help ensure our governing documents remain current, align with Society of American Military Engineers (SAME) requirements, and support the effective operation of the Jacksonville Post.
Please review the attached proposed bylaws and accompanying summary of changes. After your review, we ask that you cast your vote to either:
• Approve the proposed bylaws
• Disapprove the proposed bylaws
Voting is now open and will remain open until 9:00 AM EDT on June 16, 2026.
To be counted, all votes must be submitted prior to the closing of the ballot at 9:00 AM EDT on June 16, 2026.
